StefuraWeb.jpgWilliam A. Stefura, Q.C

William Stefura is one of the most knowledgeable and sought after corporate lawyers in the Peace Region. He has acted for a myriad of organizations, from multi-million dollar corporations to more humble family businesses. In each instance, William applies 30 years of experience and an encyclopaedic understanding of the law to best protect the interests of his clients.

After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta, Mr. Stefura entered the Law School of the same institution in 1972. William graduated from the University of Alberta Law School in 1975 and was called to both the Alberta and Northwest Territories Bars in 1976. He has subsequently advocated for his clients’ interests before every level of court in Alberta.

When William is not in the office, you might find him around a campfire with friends, throwing a line into one of our Province’s many lakes, or patiently walking through forests in pursuit of a trophy.

GreberWeb.jpgAllan A. Greber

Allan was born and raised in the Peace Region. He graduated from the University of Alberta with a B.P.E. in 1987. He was accepted by the law school of the same institution in 1989, where he remained until 1992 to complete his LLB. He was called to the Alberta bar in 1993, and has since then been steadily building a first-rate practice in Grande Prairie.

Allan is one of the rare few who possess the skill, business acumen, and pioneering spirit to venture into their own law practice. He was the driving force behind the partnership of Stefura, Greber & Beal LLP, and has carefully planned the firm’s professional development. His knowledge and abilities are founded on years of legal study and service. During the period prior to the firm’s creation in 2002, Allan led another successful law firm, Greber & Associates.

Allan focuses on Real Estate law and Wills & Estates. His work as a solicitor is matched by his experience as a litigator. Allan has appeared before all levels of the Alberta courts, in addition to appearances in Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada.
